Jacuzzi was also great. Communication with owner was quick and pleasant. One of the best stays I've ever had."

"We were in town for the Jane Sanders Classic, a softball tournament hosted by the University of Oregon. This home was a quick 10-minute walk to The Jane (the softball stadium). It was the perfect spot for our softball-filled weekend. Parking was available on the street in front of the house, which was great. And, the location is so close to some of Eugene's gems on 19th Avenue, including Beppe and Gianni's, Prince Puckler's Ice Cream, Hello Neighbor pizza and more. "

"My wife & I stayed at Gary's place for 4 nights. It's a great set-up for us - easy parking, privacy, peaceful around the clock. The view of the lake was off-the-hook.I read a review about a hectic 4th of July party, but that has to be way out of the ordinary. We did meet Gary once as we were leaving - he's easy going and super nice. The main space of the apartment is clean, comfortable and had some nice retro features - which we enjoy. Thanks for a great stay, Gary!!!"

"The house is an older house, but it is wonderfully charming. The best part of this property is location, location, location. It has its own private forest a big green yard fire pits barbecue. It’s amazing. You can walk to the dunes privately. Your dogs can run freely!And the owner of the property is a real great guy! I would recommend this property any time! Some reviews listed the driveway as an issue. It is not it is perfectly.perfectly fine. "
