"We had such a nice stay at the hotel. The hotel is clean. The staff are all friendly and hrlpful! The front desk staff Gladys Lee is very helpful! All the staff go above and beyond to help you. The breakfast in the morning was also nice. The location is convenient. "

"This place was just a basic place to have somewhere to sleep in Waikiki. The room and hallway were kinda dingy, and the room lacked character. But if you need a decently priced place to sleep, it works. Just wanted to add that all the staff were friendly and helpful whenever I needed anything. The place isn't bad, but it doesn't scream "Hawaiian vacation," and isn't a place where you want to spend a whole lot of time. "
