"Easy to get to from Paris Gare du Nord. 2 minute walk from Laumière metro to hotel. Room was totally adequate, bed firm but comfortable, good shower etc. Breakfast was good, standard fayre for hotel breakfast in France. Easy walk to Bassine de Vilette and Buttes de Chaumont. Plenty eateries local to hotel. This is a budget hotel so don't expect luxury, moreover, it seems it is popular with large groups of teenage pupils on school trips etc, so can be a queue for breakfast, served 6am to 10am...

"If you are just looking for a place to sleep and shower, this place is perfect. If you want to be able to turn around without running into somwthing, it may not be the best. ch choice. "

"Basics such as a kettle and iron not provided by default but you can go to reception and borrow them for a 10 Euro returnable deposit each. Everyone friendly except cleaning staff. Cleaning staff entered room despite us not displaying sign to come and clean. Asked for an extra towel and cleaner very unfriendly and gestured money. Breakfast OK."
