"Good location, right across from the Gare de Lyon train station and with bus stops on the same block. The design is truly unique and modern, with rooms that feel like a space capsule. The advanced technology is impressive, with touch screens controlling the lighting, curtains, temperature, and entertainment. However, this can be a challenge for those who are not familiar with technology, like my parents who traveled with me. The room is comfortable, with a very comfortable bed and pillows. However, the bed built into the side walls can be a bit uncomfortable for some guests with reduced mobility. In our case, my parents over 80 years old found it a bit difficult to get out of bed due to the lack of side passages. The hotel offers several services and amenities, including a bar on the 16th floor with spectacular views of Paris. Breakfast was one of the things that impressed me the most (better than continental breakfasts in USA hotels), with a variety of options including fruits, cereals, cold milk, yogurt, hot dishes, and sweet breads. The hot coffee preparation service is especially noteworthy. The hotel has adequate security measures, such as the use of key cards to access rooms and the elevator. Overall, my experience at the citizenM Gare de Lyon hotel was positive. The staff was very friendly and willing to help, and the location is ideal for exploring Paris. "

"The staff were not helpful and seemed a bit detached from the interests of the guests. They had appropriate greetings but did not extend themselves to provide information that was useful. I would stay here again, however, as we enjoyed the hotel and the location with the ease of access to taxis. Loved the Gothic district."

"This hotel was very very clean. The bed was very comfortable, the AC worked great and internet service was good. Small room but plenty for 2 people. Their breakfast options were spectacular it was the best breakfast I’ve had at a hotel. A nice balance of fruit, delicious meats and cheeses and condiments. The pastries and croissants and rolls were superb . The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had the wrong connection to charge our phones and the hotel had an adapter that fit that we borrowed during our stay. They went out of their way to accommodate us in every way. Good location closes to the RER and metro stations. Nice stores in the area and some restaurants. The Opera house was about a 5 minute walk. I highly recommend this hotel. "

"The property was very clean and staff was super friendly. They texted me when room was ready and we were able to get in 2 hours early. All kinds of restaurants nearby and very close to Notre Dame. Would stay again."

"This is our second stay here at this place. Our room conditions were not quite as nice as the first stay. Room 1702 had tape over the smoke detector and the fan from the air conditioning was very loud. The hotel did fix those issues after we told them about. The room has definitely seen some wear which could be addressed easily. The breakfast could have a little variety but it wasn’t bad."
