"We loved our stay in this hotel. Staff are friendly, they tried their best to give our needs. Very helpful. The place was beautiful and quite which we really loved. Near also in metro 5min walked, easy access to go anywhere. We will definitely stay again if we come back. They also give as room with a nice view. "

"The staff were not helpful and seemed a bit detached from the interests of the guests. They had appropriate greetings but did not extend themselves to provide information that was useful. I would stay here again, however, as we enjoyed the hotel and the location with the ease of access to taxis. Loved the Gothic district."

"This hotel was very very clean. The bed was very comfortable, the AC worked great and internet service was good. Small room but plenty for 2 people. Their breakfast options were spectacular it was the best breakfast I’ve had at a hotel. A nice balance of fruit, delicious meats and cheeses and condiments. The pastries and croissants and rolls were superb . The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had the wrong connection to charge our phones and the hotel had an adapter that fit that we borrowed during our stay. They went out of their way to accommodate us in every way. Good location closes to the RER and metro stations. Nice stores in the area and some restaurants. The Opera house was about a 5 minute walk. I highly recommend this hotel. "
