"The apartment is small but well equipped. The bed is comfortable, the shower hot. We appreciated the electric heater when central heating didn’t quite do the trick. I would recommend the apartment."

"We loved our stay here. The street is bustling and fun, but once you are in the apartment everything is quiet and calm. The kitchen space is so nice. We all gathered there nightly for our meal and to plan the next day's adventures. "

"Wonderful location next to a park and street blocked off from cars. Clean and comfortable apartment with nice views. The only negative was the fridge and cupboards had some opened food in them that seemed old. I would ask that any food be removed before a future stay. Overall, highly recommend this place!"

"We loved Sandy and Delphi es beautiful apartment! I had more than enough space to give us enough room to gather and plenty of privacy. The location was convenient for catching the Metro or the bus or Uber or Taxi. There were plenty of great places to eat just out our door. In addition we found great patisseries, cheese shops, wine shops and produce stands close by. Sandy and Delphine were wonderful hosts and I hope we someday meet again. Thank you so much."

"We had a wonderful stay. We arrived on opening day of the olympics 2024 and Ms. Aries waited for us to arrive in the pouring rain. She was calm and thoughtful and fully explained all the components of the flat. Everything was clean and abundant in supplies. The location was excellent and easy to get around all points of the Paris. The back bedroom is completly silent. Totally enjoyed and you will too."

"We stayed here for two weeks and enjoyed our stay tremendously! The apartment is very cosy and comfortable. It was a very short walk to the RER A, which is a main line in and out of Paris. The proximity to the RER A and a busy street did mean that when we had the windows open, it was a bit noisy. However, with the windows closed, most of that noise was completely cut out and we had no trouble sleeping. "Stayed at the hotel for 3 nights in September as a base to visit Paris. Was greeted by friendly staff on reception. Room was clean. Breakfast available. Water station in lobby to fill up your water bottles for days out which was great! Only gripe was that bed was quite uncomfortable due to being a sofa bed? Ideal base for exploring Paris. Ticked all the boxes.

"It ticked all the boxes for us. It was clean, comfortable and everyone was friendly. We loved the fact that we could help ourselves to proper tea - loose tea leaves of all flavours - and coffee in the self-service section and they had some cake slices too, so after a day out it was great to relax. We loved the room layout. The loo was in a separate room, which was far nicer and it meant that we weren't in each others way. The shower was visible, but as we are a couple that wasn't an issue. The rooms are not big, but they have everything in them that you need. they are well designed. We needed to be near the train station, so it was ideal. We will definitely be going back."

"This hotel was amazing! The design is super cool and the location is perfect for exploring Paris. Our room was small but comfortable, and the moodPad was a fun touch. What a gem!

"What a gem. Not only walking distance to most major attractions, the neighborhood has 100000 Cafe restaurants bars to choose from. Eating and shopping from this area allowed us to dodge paying tourist prices. The hotel is charming and spotless. The staff are so welcoming and helpful and kind. This will be our second home in Paris. The owner is always there checking in on us. The hotel has a history to tell. ❤️ Do NOT buy the rooms from hotelscom. Their prices were better directly from the owners website. Hotelscom screwed us over with $$$$$"
