"Super clean!!!Gorgeous views ( see pics), kind and friendly staff, delicious food! The staff went above and beyond to cater to all of our needs! My sisters and I had an amazing and relaxing time!!! We could not go on the hot air balloon tour due to weather conditions so we opted for the ATV tour. We will be back for the balloon tour! I definitely recommend and can’t wait to tell friends and family about this lovely stay."

"Room was clean and beautiful. a true honeymoon suite, the room had an open concept with no walls (including toilet!) and a breathtaking view of the ortahisar castle. They dont have a kitchen and hence no room service, but breakfast was served every morning with the full range of offerings including freshly cooked eggs, coffee and warm food. this was something we looked forward to! ortahisar is a more tranquil area compared to goreme, great if you want to relax. "I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The uniqueness of the property truly sets it apart and adds to its charm. However, I did notice two areas for improvement: the absence of air conditioning and the firmness of the bed, which was a bit too much for my preference. That being said, I am looking forward to returning once they have air conditioning installed, and I hope they consider adding mattress toppers for enhanced comfort. Overall, a delightful experience!"
