"After visiting Goreme and all the hectic activity, we thought we’d book a hotel away from the main tourist area, so we booked at Ajwa, and have been really impressed by so many aspects of our stay. First up, the staff are very friendly and helpful. The resident artist, Yunus, gave us a tour around his atelier and the hotel’s ceramics collection. The room we stayed in was spotless and stylish with great snacks. We received an early check in, a late check out, which was great. We ate an Iftar set menu in the Zeferan restaurant, which was a fantastic selection of locally grown or sourced produce, and again, the same high level of quality and variety was evident at breakfast. All staff in the restaurant were friendly and made us feel special. We also drank coffee at the Coffee Museum and were impressed by the taste and the range. Also of note was the spa, which was fantastic, with an impressive hammam, steam room and sauna. Ajwa is a hidden gem for anyone wanting a bit of pampering in a relaxed setting. "

"My family had a fantastic stay at Solem Cave Suites. The staff were all very kind and welcoming, from the reception to the restaurant to housekeeping. As a smaller property, the hotel provides a more intimate and personalized experience for its guests. The staff at the reception were especially helpful and knowledgeable. They not only helped us settle in to our rooms, but they also gave us lots of recommendations to help make our time in Cappadocia as memorable as possible. Food at the restaurant was fantastic and the rooms were very clean and modern. We will definitely be coming back in the future!"

"We stayed at Utopia Cave in Cappadocia, and it was an incredible experience. Even before we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to assist us with every request. During our stay, we enjoyed the spa and had the chance to try their breakfast, both of which were exceptional. Initially, I thought it would just be a place to stay, but it turned out to be so much more. The hotel’s café was also a delightful spot to relax and unwind. The rooms were absolutely stunning—beautifully designed, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. Every detail was thoughtfully considered to ensure a perfect stay. Most importantly, the staff was outstanding. Every single person we encountered was friendly, attentive, and genuinely dedicated to making our experience unforgettable. "Room was clean and beautiful. a true honeymoon suite, the room had an open concept with no walls (including toilet!) and a breathtaking view of the ortahisar castle. They dont have a kitchen and hence no room service, but breakfast was served every morning with the full range of offerings including freshly cooked eggs, coffee and warm food. this was something we looked forward to! ortahisar is a more tranquil area compared to goreme, great if you want to relax. However, marts and food places are further away, so if youre looking to stay in at night, plan ahead! we were received and treated very well by Sezer when we arrived. he gave us a comprehensive introduction to the area and cappadocia, including available activities. Sezer was attentive via whatsapp throughout our trip, and it was very easy coordinating our transportation and transfers before our arrival in cappadocia. receptionist Firat was also very very helpful in helping us maximise our shot stay. he helped us set up a complete itinerary for the best historial and natural highlights of cappadocia. while slightly pricy we really appreciated the flexibility, safety and education the guide provided, and how much we covered! this was all thanks to the planning that Firat did for us less than 24 hours(!) before. all in all, our stay was very lovely and we would highly recommmend giving vie cappadocia a visit, while ortahisar is still up and coming!"

"We stayed one night in this hotel and we liked a lot. The room was beautiful and clean and in excellent condition. The staff was ver kind. The hotel is owned by a family of three. Ehran, the son, was the person we were in touch with, he was very helpful and responsive all the time through WhatsApp. Even when the hotel is not located in Goreme, where most of the restaurants and coffee places are, it is very easy to get there from the hotel with public transportation. Ehran would explain you how. The bus stop is three minutes walk from the hotel and the tiket is cheap. I recomend the hotel very much."
