"This hotel is amazing, room is really spacious, cozy, beautiful decoration, comfy bed. People work there is really nice, helpful dont speak much English but they try to understand and communicate with u. Breakfast so delicious homemade, feel like u r at home, with beautiful view. I really recommend to stay there. I have to say the owner Amre he is fantastic, he made our stay memorable, we were sad because the weather we couldnt ride the hot ballon he set up others tours really adventure and we could see Capadoccia, he arranged special dinner. "My first interaction with the Hezen Cave Hotel came after the booking and my messaging with Mehmet the Manager of the hotel he was extremely helpful in answering all my queries, and he helped organise a shuttle car service for when I landed at the Nevsehir airport, to provisionally book a balloon ride for me. The conversations made me feel confident that I had made the right choice in booking the Hezen Cave for my stay, I had decided to spend the 7 days of my entire trip in the region to rest, relax and explore the region of Cappadocia and find out more about Turkish culture on my first trip to Turkey as a solo female traveller. The area of Ortahisa and the Hezen Cave Hotel and its people proved to be an excellent choice for me. I was so impressed with the attention to detail of the hotel, the owners have created such a luxurious space, the interior is beautifully designed and the ambience is one of comfort and ease. The room I stayed in was described as standard, however, there was nothing standard about the room! it was gorgeous, from the hammam-style bathroom, the small private terrace, to the cave interior, I slept so well, and it was lovely to wake up in lovely surroundings. The staff was so hospitable, such a great group of people who were so kind and welcoming, who provided service with a smile, and they were constantly ensuring that all was well with me, I will remember their warmth for a long time – though I am planning a return trip! "

"The hotel is placed in a quite and serene town, Urgup. The Host and his team were extremely welcoming and helped us with bookings for tours across all the days we stayed there. The rooms are the exact Cave experience anyone would desire in Cappadocia! The breakfast spread in the morning felt very special and homely at the same time. Thank you soo much :)"

"Room was clean and beautiful. a true honeymoon suite, the room had an open concept with no walls (including toilet!) and a breathtaking view of the ortahisar castle. They dont have a kitchen and hence no room service, but breakfast was served every morning with the full range of offerings including freshly cooked eggs, coffee and warm food. this was something we looked forward to! ortahisar is a more tranquil area compared to goreme, great if you want to relax. However, marts and food places are further away, so if youre looking to stay in at night, plan ahead! we were received and treated very well by Sezer when we arrived. he gave us a comprehensive introduction to the area and cappadocia, including available activities. Sezer was attentive via whatsapp throughout our trip, and it was very easy coordinating our transportation and transfers before our arrival in cappadocia. receptionist Firat was also very very helpful in helping us maximise our shot stay. he helped us set up a complete itinerary for the best historial and natural highlights of cappadocia. while slightly pricy we really appreciated the flexibility, safety and education the guide provided, and how much we covered! this was all thanks to the planning that Firat did for us less than 24 hours(!) before. all in all, our stay was very lovely and we would highly recommmend giving vie cappadocia a visit, while ortahisar is still up and coming!"

"This is super welcoming place and perfect servise. I travel a lot and it’s my 7th time in Cappadokia. And the hotel is really good for people who value comfort for reasonable money. It was one of my best breakfasts in Cappadokia, totally homemade. Also unlimited tea, coffee and internet is great plus. The hotel is new, there is specious parking for travelers with cars. The location is quiet but close to Main Street with shops. You will enjoy for sure."
