"The Peninsula never fails. Truly magical stay. The room was spacious cosy beautifully decorated. Loved the spacious bathroom with jack and Jill sinks. Plenty of storage space. We were met by Cherene from front desk. Cherene was polite and friendly, very knowledgeable about our booking and had arranged everything to make our stay fantastic. "We stayed at the Park Hotel as a family of 5. We booked the quintuple room which was very comfortable, spacious with 2 bathrooms. Located in a very convenient area in Kowloon. I would definitely recommend this hotel. "

"Very good location. Not much view from the hotel coz it's more about access to shopping area, not view. Room facilities are okay though dated, can see white water marks on the black interior in the bathroom. Nice looking though bad design basin as water easily splashes haha. An otherwise good stay."

"We received such great service on multiple occasions from the front desk staff. We felt so comfortable and pampered. I would especially like to thank Boky and her cohorts Lily, Polly, Angel Fok and Hugo. Simply outstanding! The hotel is at the top of Austin Ave. which gives easy access walkability to many restaurants, a grocery store and laundromat. We also found the walk to Kowloon park very easy and loved the park! "

"Staff very cooperative and kind. Breakfast lots of variety and tasty. Rooms were spacious but a old like the shower head not properly installed water running through the sides. Toilet paper holder was oxidized. "
