"I was extremely pleased with our stay at the Sheraton Hong Kong Hotel & Towers. For starters, the location was ideal--close to many major sites, conveniences, and transportation options. We had a waterfront room on a high floor and the view was magnificent. Every time we entered our room during our two-week stay, we were drawn to the window to gaze at the view. The room--and really the whole hotel--was smartly decorated and in excellent condition. We appreciated having a sofa, table, and refrigerator in the room--especially for such a long stay. The staff was uniformly pleasant and accommodating. The hotel gym was better than most hotel gyms and served all our workout needs. On the negative side, we found the main entrance--with its stairs and lack of ramp--inconvenient when we arrived with all our luggage. (Guests arriving by car have easier access through the drive-in side entrance, but we were arriving via public transportation.) And no one seemed to be on hand to help us up with our bags. Also, our one meal at the hotel's Cafe was very disappointing--our worst meal in Hong Kong. Although there were several other restaurants in the hotel, they were for the most part very expensive. A better variety of restaurants would have been appreciated. Fortunately, there were many fine dining options available right nearby in the neighborhood. However, these disappointments were minor given my overall wonderful experience at this hotel. "

"The Peninsula never fails. Truly magical stay. The room was spacious cosy beautifully decorated. Loved the spacious bathroom with jack and Jill sinks. Plenty of storage space. We were met by Cherene from front desk. Cherene was polite and friendly, very knowledgeable about our booking and had arranged everything to make our stay fantastic. We were given a complimentary breakfast in the room for our early checkin, this was lovely. Fresh fruit in the room each day. Came back after a busy day and had a birthday cake waiting in the room for us. We treated ourselves to afternoon tea in the main lobby. That was a nice experience. We also enjoyed a couple of drinks in the bar. The pianst and singer took our requests and sang beautifully. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend the Peninsula Hotel. We love the in house transportation of the rolls Royce. The driver we had was very friendly and knowledgeable about Hong Kong and was able to advise us on places to visit during our time in Hong Kong. We always feel so comfortable at a peninsula hotel. Definitely a 7 star hotel for sure. Also check out the spa. It's a lovely area and we enjoyed watching the light show out on the terrace. "

"The view was amazing. Great location for walking or to the train station. The staff in the Executive Lounge were excellent. Housekeeping were very attentive, frequently checking to see if we needed anything. Great experience. Highly recommend."

"A very good hotel. Clean, well kept, smart. In a great location and very close to the MTR, Victoria Harbour, all the hustle and bustle of Kowloon. The Crown Club lounge was marvellous with a superb, friendly, and helpful team (Teresa, Nora, Morris, Lane and all the other staff without exception were fantastic.) The buffet breakfast in The Greenery (L3) restaurant is very good, with lots of choice. The pool up on the top is brilliant and kept very well. The view of the harbour from there is superb too. The A21 bus from the airport stops really close but it is a long old ride from Tsim Sha Tsui when the traffic is heavy to the airport so take a good book. It is pleasant though. "
