"Nice family pub. It can be a bit noisy during pub open hours but my family were very comfortable and had a great nights sleep. The bar below sells nice selection of beers and the play area kept our daughter busy so we could relax."

"Very helpful remote staff and easy to locate. Room was small and had a nice large window and comfortable bed. Great to have a kitchenette and place to make food and tea/coffee. Bathroom was not clean or easy to access at times since it was in the apartment hallway. Shower did not provide consistent hot water so we didn’t get to shower each day which was a disappointment. "There's no doubt that The Boat Inn is a lovely, traditional pub in a super location, right on the banks of the Wye with good views of the river from the bedrooms above the pub. The surroundings are wooded and distinctly bosky, which is nice. There is a small village (Redbrook) with a village shop a few hundred metres away across an old railway bridge. The Boat serves excellent food, but only on certain days - Thursday to Sunday, from memory. BUT beware of the journey there, from the main roads:...
