"二段ベットに子供達は喜んでいましたが、柵が甘いので抜け落ちてしまいそうで、怖かったので、寝るのは下の段にしました。二段ベットを楽しみにしていたので残念です。縦にも柵があると安心でした。 隣の部屋の声は丸聞こえです。 ですが、価格と相応だと思います。総合的には満足なのでまた伺いたいです"

"The hotel’s remote location and beautiful views were wonderful! The hotel’s shuttle from and to Echigo-Yuzawa Station was very much appreciated. From Check-in to check-out the staff service was excellent. The Japanese/Western room was spacious. We had a corner unit with a view of the snow and trees. "大地の芸術祭で十日町までいきました。2歳の子供と一緒にいったんですが、オムツのゴミ箱を持って来てくださいました。子供用の浴衣も可愛かったです。 食事の際もイス、食器と準備して頂いてありがたかったです。 女性の従業員さん達の笑顔がとってもよかったです。 機会があればまた 行きたいです。"
