"Room was good but 1st room had broken toilet and would not flush, we got moved rooms without too much of a problem, staff were helpful and polite, would stay again next time I'm in Tiverton, breakfast was good and tasty! Amazing crossiants"

"This property is not a 5 star hotel so ignore the bad reviews, it’s a budget b&b that has some free parking, amazing value for money, fantastic location on sea front, my young family enjoyed a day out at the beach and night out on the front, I could enjoy a drink or three and not worry about driving back to Bristol, room was clean and tidy, beds comfortable, slept well, what a find we will be back very soon."

"I appreciated the welcome call I received from the staff, guiding me to find the hotel, which was nice and easy. I did have to wait outside a little, as the instructions on how to enter aren’t quite that easy to understand, but only a couple of minutes and I was greeted. I was shown to my room, which was fine for one night. I slept really well, the room was nice and warm and the bed was fine. There was a nice hot shower and decent bathroom. There was also a pleasant garden where we could sit and enjoy the sunshine. Breakfast was excellent.
