"This was the last leg of my trip home from Las Vegas. The room was alright, but very noisy being so close to the freeway. "

"We discovered our duvet had blood on it from a previous guest. Attempted to contact the front desk with no response. We had to remove it and use our own blanket. The next morning I text the number they contacted me on and was instructed I could come down and get fresh linen. Unacceptable!!"

In the room, whenever we walked, the TV, TV rack, and other appliances would shake, making it feel unstable. Additionally, the carpet in the lobby looked very dirty and unkempt, leaving a poor first impression. While the overall experience was manageable, these issues definitely need attention"
