"We stayed here to visit friends who live really close to the hotel. As this is a "contactless hotel" there is no reception to check in or out. You should receive a text/email the day before your stay telling you the access code to gain entry to the hotel, your room number and code to open the key safe on the wall outside your room. "I was lead to believe (from hotels.com presentation) I had a cabin with a private hot tub, and would therefore expect an en-suite. I had a double room with shared facilities, very poor accessible shower. Room was clean and fine for my needs. "Wonderful hostel set in a great oit of the way location. Only major issue is the poor condition of the access road to the propery which is not mentioned anywhere. Take it slow and steady and you'll still ground out the car in a normal car on the pot holes and ruts. I would not even attempt it in a car with lower ground clearance like a MX5 ect as you could cause major damage to your vehicle. This is a real shame as it wouldn't take alot of effort to atleast repair the worst of the pot holes...
