I had many emails confirming booking and one of the phone numbers listed took me to an irate gentleman who had not been involved with the hotel for 2 years. Need to check that all numbers are valid. "Lovely spacious and comfortable top floor room. Great location for business visit to Emerson’s Green. Quiet peaceful location but only a few minutes walk to the shopping centre. Lovely greeting and very friendly welcome. Good continental breakfast selection and great value too (free!) Will definitely be back. "
