The value for money is excellent as there are large rooms with all the comforts of a home. "We had a ladies friends weekend away in early Nov. Beautiful cottage with everything you need. Log burner was fab and ability to have extra check out time for a small fee was worth it. Having the added bonus of the spa pass made the weekend extra special. The owners are particularly excellent and quick to respond with any of our questions. All good - highly recommended. There is no trampoline and the tree house isn't really accessible, turn up the hot tub as soon as you arrive and don't expect to use it on the first night... Bring tea towels and washing up liquid :-)"

"Wonderful stay in Pigsty Cottage. Steve and Lizzie were very welcoming and even stocked the fridge with a few essentials to get us through the next morning. Lovely and private, we had a car and were in a perfect location to access Stone Henge, Avebury, Bath, Oxford, Stratford on Avon and more. "Recommend the property unreservedly but suggest you book directly through cottages.com as that is where Vrbo will throw you anyway. The Vrbo system was a massive let down and caused a great deal of stress with confirmation of the booking. Give them a wide berth but enjoy thi ssuper property if you can."
