"My family and I enjoyed this unique property. The outdoor space, the view of the mountains, lake front property and the close proximity to Pucon was great. Breakfast was great to start off your day. "Horrid horrid room. Owners above were extremely loud until midnight most nights. Busy road right outside. Very loud music going on until 4am on NYE, right below the room. No staff entered the room the whole 4 days I was there & I had to ask for more toilet paper & for the tiny bin of used toilet paper to be emptied. Not even a mirror in the room. If you don't speak Spanish, be prepared to use your translator the whole time. Could not wait to leave."

"The owner was very nice. He allowed us to check in early at 8am and gave us some snacks/cereal bar which was very helpful for us to go hiking. The room was nice and clean with an amazing view of the volcano. Shower was hot enough with good water pressure. Location is superb. Would definitely recommend."
