"One of my family members was sick so we decided to stay an additional night. The day before I went to the hotel's reception and asked to book the additional night. They said they couldn't do it directly and suggested using a website. "The service level at this hotel is terrible. Don’t be deceived with the beautiful surrounding forests and the well marketed architecture. There is almost no service. The staff is like floating clueless ghosts and everywhere in the hotel is freezing. The food is also terrible. Nawelpi is certainly not a 5 star hotel. I’d like to meet the person who gave 5 stars to this hotel. At best it’s 3 stars. The indifferent attitude of the staff is unforgivable. In the room, almost nothing works. "

"Loved the loft! We stayed there for four nights and had a great time. The loft is quite big with an upstairs bedroom.
