On arriving in the room it was freezing, the windows were open and the heating off, this was probably down to them trying to get rid of the wet dog smell. Other than the smell, the room was spacious, tv worked, hairdryer to use and shower gel provided with one large towel and one small. Extra pillows were available in the wardrobe. We left around 8am, the reception desk wasn't open at this time but we didn't need...

"I am impressed with the level of cleanliness within the apartment and the room I stayed in. It was also easy to self chekin. Two things I wasn't particularly impressed about were: 1. the stairs leading up to the apartment looked really untidy, greatly contrasting with the neatness within the apartment. 2. There was a strong smell of cigarette in the room I stayed in for 2 days despite a very conspicuous no smoking sign. I was not sure where this came from. I suggest you work on improving...
