However, I do need to mention if you are sensitive to smell you might notice the slight scent of smoke. "this place is amazing. me and two friends stayed in a room with 3 separate beds. it was perfect. the room design was beautiful. space was excellent within context of Japanese hotels. the shower and sink are separate from the toilet room which made it extremely convenient when getting ready. the location is amazing. walking distance from the best restaurants and bars in kyoto located along the river and another short walk to Gion. the staff was incredibly nice and professional. I can't recommend...
