"The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly. The wonderful young man at the front desk even helped me find medicine for my cold. The breakfast was wonderful with a great variety of options. The hotel is very modern and clean and quiet."

"There are several nightclubs in the area and they blast loud music till midnight most evenings. It is impossible to sleep till they have stopped which is at midnight On the bright side the staff is polite and helpful. "

"Staff was great. I had WiFi problem the first day which was corrected after I had a visit with the manager. It cropped up again yesterday, March 29 as I was trying to call the driver from the hotel lobby for my departure to the airport. I guess that’s life."

"Staff were excellent. The rooms were average size but liked the Japanese style toilet. Bed was comfortable. Good gym but the swimming pool was under maintenance"

"Even though i booked deluxe room, i was downgraded to standard because they were sold out. Hotel arranges club style party every weekend, hence, i could not sleep the whole night. There is no mention or warning that there will be party with loud music. Such a terrible experience and staff is not helpful."

"I arrived and called, and was told that they are no longer open and no longer rent rooms, so I had to find somewhere else that night to stay even though I had gotten a confirmation from Expedia about this room. Terribly disappointed."
