The building is an old convent/monastery and the rooms have all been modernised with very colourful furniture and decorated in a very unique way! The room and bathroom were quite large and they were very clean and well maintained. "This place starts on the 2nd floor although the front desk (check-in) is on the 4th floor. There is no elevator.. Breakfast is the best I had in Italy for a hotel, customer service was great. It is obvious to me that that this hotel is trying to deliver great customer service, they had a kitchen in which you could go get hot water, coffee, hot chocolate, etc.. for free 24 x 7. "The hotel is conveniently located to the train station and attractions. It was clean and the staff was friendly. Though our room seemed like it was still being worked on or fixed. Passing by the corridor there appear to be rooms that were better prepared. Also, it was difficult to sleep some nights due to noise outside in the area and hearing a shower running from another room. Overall, it was an average experience. "
