"The house, the property, and the location were all spectacular, BUT I wouldn’t even consider renting this property without having a car. Taxis were extremely difficult to get and we were left walking significant distances from restaurants and the town of Scandicci. This may not have been as challenging in cooler weather, but it was 100F during our visit."

"The best host in Italy! When I mentioned allergies, the proprietor went out and purchased two new foam pillows. When I needed help with venue reservations, she worked to set up visits at the Duomo, Uffizi and Accademia. When I asked for a nearby laundromat, she put our clothes in her washing machine.
