Once you find it the first time (use the numbered address and ring the bell for entry, do not look for a sign) the location near several landmarks makes it easy to find your way back. "Loved the room, loved the location. Directly across from Pitti Palace and within walking distance to many great sites. A quick five minute walk to the Ponte Vecchio. We had a 2 bdrm/2 bath suite which was huge and having two bathrooms was great. Didn’t have much contact with reception but enjoyed our stayed. Shopping and restaurants all around. Would stay again."

"The hostess at this hotel was the best! She was so helpful and kind. The room was quaint and had a wood ceiling and wood beam, which gave it lots of character. We had a private bathroom that was down 5 steps which was a little tricky to use. It was an older bathroom and had a few small issues. The hotel was about 5-10 minute walk from the train station which made it really convenient for dropping off our luggage before exploring Florence. Our hostess provided a delicious breakfast for us."
