"Stayed in small camping pod and loved it. Loved the atmosphere there. Overall, much greater than I expected, and I already was excited for the stay. the restaurant overlooking the waterfalls and river, the troll garden stroll, the hot tubs. All superb. It is in a remote area and provided us an excellent view of the northern lights, which we watched from the hot tub. Ideal experience, I recommend giving it a shot. "

"Great place, far away from everything, so buy from a store what you want because no grocery store in radius of 50-60 km. Because it is distant from lights we managed to see the Northern lights for the first time there :)"

The staff was super friendly and the room was able to accommodate me and my 3 children. After an overnight flight - it was great to get a good nights sleep in your hotel. "

It is however an incredibly old house, which means you can hear everything - made us very aware of any noise we made - talking, walking, etc. Very glad we stayed here as was a very unique property, just something to keep in mind as felt very aware of any sounds we made. "This was a bucket list night and we saw the Northern Lights! Absolutely one of our favorite nights on our trip and the hot tub was easy to use and a huge bonus. The fire was easy to start and kept us warm all night. We ran out of wood though and didn't realize until morning there was more accessible in the kitchen. Whoops! There was a small bottle of sparkling Asti so we each had a glass and they had a few little macaroons which was nice. Hardly a mini bar and hor de vours as advertised lol but...
