Convenience to store while being far enogh away from others allowed us to observe an unforgettable show of the aurora. Proximity to silver loop attractions and peninsula of snaefellsness was perfect for our day trips wothout having to spend toouch time in the car. "

"We had a total of 12 people in our group and this property setup was perfect. People ages 8 months to 65 years. Location was great for exploring Snaefellness but not too far away from Reykjavik to discourage golden circle activities. Road is pretty easy to find, don’t need 4x4 but take it slow. Need cell phone access for getting to the property. We got to see northern lights while there so that was nice. Absolutely recommend staying here"

"We rented both houses Bakki and Holt for our extended family. It was perfect. They are connected by a quick path through the woods. Great location outside of town but close enough for easy access to grocery stores and liquor store. We used this as a base to explore Snæfellsnes peninsula. Farther out on the peninsula quickly becomes very empty and hard to restock. "

"We are parents and 2 adult children. The accommodation was extremely comfortable and well thought out with all necessary needs. It is very quiet and lovely for those who are not city folks. We enjoyed many road trips from this spot on our short stay. We would certainly recommend it for exploring the west country, which is fascinating. "Absolutely love this cabin! It's warm, cosy and situated in the most perfect surroundings, away from the roads & no neighbours in sight. It has 360 undisturbed views, we sat in awe watching sunsets there every night. The cabin has everything you need, beds are clean & comfy, all rooms are well ventilated. "The cottage is lovely and in a beautiful setting. My family of eight had a great stay for a week and we would absolutely recommend it."

"Great location and quiet setting, close to nature. Good condition of the cabins, although we could not figure out the TV signals - not our priority since we wanted to experience the outdoors. Everything else works well and you feel comfortable. On the dow side, the mosquitoes wouldn't allow us to sleep well. Suggest replacing windows blinds with a darker color to provide shade at night during Summer."
