"Hung up in unbelievable traffic in Santa Cruz, I was not able to check into the hotel until 7 AM the next day when they reopened. So I don't have the overnight experience one expects. That said, the room was very clean, the shower had good hot water, and I did get a morning nap on the bed. Fort7nately, it is off the road a bit. But noise carries and young Costa Ricans love their motorcycles. So if you are super noise sensitive that might bother you, but the traffic is really light on that...

"We couldn’t have picked a better place for our family vacation. We were in Villa 16 and it was absolutely stunning. The property was clean and comfortable, the view was impressive, the pool was amazing, the kitchen was large and we loved cooking as a group big family meals. "Upon arrival they said they had no reservation for us. Then had to negotiate a room. The room they gave us was not as advertised, had only a bed and tv, no tables chairs or any place to put luggage except on floor. There were wires hanging out of walls, no hot water in shower. Worst room i ever stayed in. Very disapointed expedia would book us in such a dump."
