"Hot water! The shower could use a new shower head though. It's located in a quiet neighborhood but 15 minutes walk to the National Museum. Great cluster of restaurants in a five minute walk inJardin de Lolita. Nice vintage hotel. Great, quiet sitting area."

"Darren has a nice little place that is in a convenient location for getting to or from the airport to start or end your trip, or even to use as a base for doing day trips. The room was comfortable and clean and the area is safe. You do hear planes when they fly over, but that is to be expected when you stay near the airport."

"Friendly and nice staff. Quite comfortable. Very good location, in city center of San Jose, was able to walk everywhere. Supermarkets, convenience stores, fast food are near. Great sodas located on the first floor, under the hotel. Very good price overall. Someone here complained: The hot water is near the beginning of the knob as opposed to the back. There are some roaches in the bathroom and they stayed near there, which is the only downside. "
