"We very much enjoyed our stay at the 7 Springs. The room was spacious, the housekeeping was very good (even left a rose, champagne and candy on Valentine's Day) and the front desk was helpful. Wonderful huge hot tub. The location was good, too -- just a short drive away from the bars and restaurants of downtown Palm Springs, and there were a few places easily walkable, too. "

"well, the "friendly " check in staff knowingly put my wife and i directly beneath a room full of seemingly unsupervised rambunctious children. they ran from one end of their room for hours on end (not exaggerating in the slightest) and up and down the hallway. when i finally called the front desk, after tolerating it for an hour and a half, the person admitted that she knew the kids were out of hand and had been the night before question: in such a beautiful property, one that we plan to stay at...

"Great Stay but front desk check in destroyed the 6 day experience for me and my family. The inexperienced front desk team double charged my stay crippling my plans I had for me and my family. They charged $850.00 overcharge emptied my bank account to $72.00. I can’t get money back for 7 to 10 business days. It should be only 5 star customer service doing this job at a quality hotel like holiday inn. Fire that team at Loma Linda Ca."
