We stayed here because our power was out at our house due to the winds and fires. Our room was very clean and breakfast was great in the morning. Our tv wasn’t working due to the hotel changing cable carriers and unfortunately there were no rooms to move us to which sucked because that was one of the biggest reasons we wanted to get a room. However the next morning I asked one of the staff members about the tv and she came and tried to fix it. When she couldn’t, she found us another room with a working tv. I appreciate her going out of her way to make our stay comfortable and complete. We’ll definitely stay again.

Since my sister is DNR my reservations were canceled ... and it wasnt even my sister's fault and she wasnt on the property. Also why cant I get a room I have done nothing wrong. I understand they reserve the right to refuse service. But I am being punished for something someone else did. All bad. Im out $100 but no more Best Western for me.

Very disappointed the hot tub was out of service. The heating /air unit was missing the button to operate it room 227. We had to call the front desk. Parking is terrible! Upstairs noise was going on until well after midnight. Sounded like a child running back and forth and jumping off the bed!

I was on a solo trip, the rooms were okay. The hot water took a while to heat up, almost started to think there was no hot water. The place is a little outdated, but the room itself was fine & descent. The girl at the front desk was super friendly and helpful.
