The hotel is pleasant enough, but at over $200 a night, expect more! Hard floor in rooms - ok - actually didn't hear noise from other rooms, just from corridor at times. 2 Queen beds. FREEZING on arrival at night - aircon left on cool. Absolutely cold in room. Said they are an ''eco hotel'' whatever they want to mean by that, on check in. Don't leave air con on in empty room then, making it cold on arrival!! Worked as heater too, improved after some time. View nice. NO breakfast - order and pay at Starbucks in lobby - a banana or a muffin basically. Over $200 a night and no breakfast! huh. (Denny's down the road is GREAT! And gave free breakfast to veterans on veterans so clearly a pretty good company!!) Bathroom ok. Shower good pressure. Space to hang to large towels - IF folder in half. Small towel used to dry long hair had to go over shower rail. No other space. IF you want us to be eco and re-use towels, please provide drying space, thanks!! NO service - part of ECO? Room never tidied ,trash not taken, coffee not replenished. Ask for more coffee of course, just think for over $200 a night, some thing should be done... Lobby had some nice seating areas/corners. OK overall, but overpriced for what you get - plenty of other options around...
