"Poor service: I booked this room for my 76 yr-old father who was traveling from BC, Canada. (Nov 14, 2022) When he arrived on the property, he asked the manager/owner for use of the bathroom (after his 6-hr car ride) before checking-in. "This hotel advertised two king size beds in their suite. When we arrived there was a single double bed. I called expedia who stated the transaction was already completed but they would speak to the property. The property denied that they ever offered a king size bed despite the confirmation email clearly stipulating the king size beds.
