"We booked in at this hotel since we needed a couple of extra rooms when attending a family wedding. Were not impressed with the check-in desk when we came in at night, and the wifi didn't work. "Poor service: I booked this room for my 76 yr-old father who was traveling from BC, Canada. (Nov 14, 2022) When he arrived on the property, he asked the manager/owner for use of the bathroom (after his 6-hr car ride) before checking-in. "Jaipur Haveli was a dream! Vikram and his family were wonderful hosts. We were there over Holi and they included all guests in their celebration - it was fantastic! The breakfast everyday was filling and delicious, the bed was really comfortable, and the AC worked really well. Would recommend anyone stay here that wants a true Pink City experience! "

Great service

"This is an amazing hotel with excellent service. The garden rooms are a little dated but the views and size make up for that. The breakfast was great with fresh fruit and a mix of international and indian dishes cooked to order. The best part though is the service. Staff are always there for anything."

"What an amazing hotel! Impeccable service- the whole team were so helpful and friendly. They food was delicious and of high quality. The whole hotel was recently renovated so everything is new and lovely. The art work on the walls is the foyer, restaurant and central atrium is stunning. The bed linen and pillows were great quality. A totally enjoyable stay. I would thoroughly recurrent Brij Castle if you go to Jaipur. So pretty lit up at night, you can see it shining, it's yellow archways and walls so welcoming. 💛💛💛 Website won't let me upload photos sadly "

"Wonderful 5 star stay at a beautiful property. The homestay is decorated in a Japanese Indian style very peaceful elegant and intentional with big rooms overlooking the green mountain side dotted with temples. The hosts went above and beyond on our stay helping us arrange (last minute) drivers and guides, giving us local recommendations, and even taking us around to their personal spots and introduce us to locals and including us in what felt like the true Jaipur. The chef on site is excellent and can cook up whatever you please. They also have a water filter system to not get sick and everything was very clean and safe. Being outside the city offers a nice break from the noise while still close enough to enjoy. Dr. Vivek is an excellent host, you shouldn’t explore Jaipur with anyone else, Highly recommended!"
