"The climate control in rooms need updating. The heating dod not work at all..and the AC was not equipped with a thermostat. Temp was maintained via a wall switch. 2 options..off or on at full cooling. Floors were uneven and a tripping hazard. However, the staff was great and helpful. Would stay again ..but only in warm weather. The hotel is showing its age."

"I had to stay 1 night in the NewStar motel and didn't regret! The motel room was nice, very clean, and very cozy! The room looked modern, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and spacious. The soap/ shampoo were provided. It was also nice to find a coffee maker in the room with coffee/tea pods provided. The staff was friendly and check-in/check out was fast! "

"Had an overnight stay between flights. Comfort Inn did not have free airport shuttle, they used a taxi coupon mechanism that I was unaware of. Taxi driver i took to Comfort, did not like it. Trip back to airport taxi driver OK with it. Believe issue is that coupon does not provide driver with appropriate tip. Other complaint was no elevator, so had to lug my heavy luggage up stairs. Complimentary breakfast was more than adequate."
