We arrived in Montreal from Europe and it was a very pleasant surprise to find that the Aloft had a shuttle that picked us up right outside the terminal and brought us to the hotel. Reception was very busy but check in was handled with a friendly smile and efficiency. A great way to start our stay.

The dining was closed due to the cook being sick. I would have liked prompt notice we were left with limited options for dinner which was unfortunate. Maybe notifying guest earlier and having more options or suggestions as I am not from Montreal so better direction would have been nicer
