I was woken up by the police at 3:45 in the morning; they were banging on my neighbour's door and shouting. For the rest, it was good.

Could not find any handicap parking. Parking lot full of snow covered cars that had been there for days. Had to walk with bags (I was unaccompanied) to front entrance. Front and side parking spaces full of snow covered cars which had been there for days. Why couldnt those cars be parked around the back?

Disappointed with musty room, ineffective temperature controls. Comforter duvet had MULTIPLE holes, some poorly patched. Only styed on a quick overnight awaiting a connecting flight. Staff was fine, but condition of room, especially to have holes in bedding is unacceptable, especially for a reputable brand like Quality Inns
