"The unit is up a spiral staircase (not mentioned and no elevator). The smell when you enter the condo is very strong. The washer used only very hot water, and no laundry soap provided. "This property provided home base for our stay in Montreal. It met our basic needs and was walking distance to food/shopping and the Bell Centre. It could use a deep cleaning and a splash of paint, but overall it served us (8 adults) well."

"A sweet, cozy condo with a spacious common room, kitchen and plenty of sleeping areas for our family of 6. Our teen loved the 3rd floor and the beda for all were comfortable. The nights were quiet for sleeping and the condo a perfect location for walking the shops and acquiring the train. A great spot!"

"This was a great property in every respect, except that we were boneheads and didn't realize that if you're going to go to Quebec in the winter, you should really just have a 4-wheel drive vehicle or stay in a hotel. The driveway was a little long and not flat, so the property wasn't the best fit for us, because - surprise, surprise - it snowed.
