"Check in was good with polite and friendly Hostess. They would have received an excellent rating; however deadbolt on door did not work and bedding (sheets, comforter, pillow cases smelled like cigarette smoke. I notified front desk attendant and the bedding was changed to fresh clean bedding. The deadbolt remains broke (safety issue). "

"Pantops was experiencing a power outage and Red Roof was able to accommodate us on short notice for the night. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. "

"great amenities. Very comfortable, clean and friendly. Omly 2 small complaints: asked for wake-up call' never got it I was awake anyways so it did not matter but I did need to be on the road on time so if I wasn't awake, it would have been a big problem for making my meeting on time. No fruit except apples and oranges at breakfast - no bananas or chunk fruit"

"The lobby is outdated but the rooms are nice. The elevator is ancient but works, buttons don’t respond on 1st push. The room and bathroom are nice, clean and comfortable but the bathroom had some mold in the caulk. The woman whi checked me out was very friendly and professional. Overall good stay!"
