"We were rained-out of a long planned camping trip and, luckily, found this at the last minute. The Rococo room is beautiful and very clean, and the deck with BBQ is quite useful. It is spacious and bright. The grounds are fun to walk around. Seeing the different areas is really interesting. I especially liked the yacht floating in the pond. Overall this was a great stay! "

"We loved the property. The first condo they gave us had a window stuck open. It was 27 degrees outside so we called and returned to the check in, where we were given a new condo key. Easy time fixing the situation. The condo was very clean and had extra blankets and pillows for everyone. The kitchen was stocked with basics for cooking, extra trash bags, and soap for the sink and dishwasher. We were close to all the amenities at Massanutten, and had a great time. We would definitely stay...

"Although not the property I intended I'm renting, property management was diligent and finding a replacement, I was uncomfortable and sitting on the quaint they're simply because of the number cobweb on the deck underneath the home. Not so much a property issue but more of a resort issue, I made a reservation for a horse-drawn carriage ride only for them to cancel it 30 minutes prior because of lack of carriage availability."

"The property is very unique. It is off of a dirt road and I would suggest initially getting there while there is daylight. There are multiple steps to this room (located in the Castle building of the property), therefore it is not suitable for guests with mobility issues. The dipping pool was not filled at the time of our stay. Overall, the room was clean and comfortable. My only complaint is the shower temperature and pressure were a bit difficult to regulate but it seems the tub is better...

"The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable. My only suggestion would be to have a couple more towels and washcloths in the room."

"April reservation for July was canceled 2 days prior to check in. Still waiting on 1 day credit after being upgraded for 2 days. Check in is at 4 but cabin wasn’t ready until 6:15 even though previous tenants left the night before. Employees were not friendly at all. No fireworks on the 4th as told on phone. It was quite a fiasco. I would not recommend it. Better value at a beach"

"The lodging was good other than a few items. Check in is late at 5pm. I originally thought it was 4pm which seems late still. There was very little hot water. We were assigned a room on the bottom floor and the family with young kids above us were jumping around early in the morning. I’m not sure how to pick a top floor but that would have been better. Nice area though"
