"Overall the hotel, frontdesk and the room is nice except the tub draining slow in our bathroom. The breakfast area is in the resturant with bar, the setting very nice, you can see the falling leaves from the resturant in Autumn. The gym and indoor pool spectacular designed when you walk into the hotel. Enjoyed the staying in Double Tree very much so.."

"Having gone to school in Charlottesville, I knew the Red Roof isn't exactly the newest product on the block. However, for a vintage building, the team there has made their rooms as clean & polished as possible & staff was very helpful upon check in. It was clear they were giving full effort to make each guest comfortable. Compared to other choices that were $200 a night, there is good value here for the middle price range. Downsides were that the continental breakfast was pretty sparse (we skipped it) and we had two bugs in our room. Upside was the Jacuzzi in the larger room was awesome, worked like a charm & I would totally book again. Unusual to have it next to the bed but actually very fun for kids or of course those special date nights 💋❤"
