"Everything was great, I would have given a 5 star rating but for these issues. There is only 5 parking spots, the room I got was on the front so I heard every car that passed by and also there is a above ground train line and the train passes every 15-20 minutes "

"The staff was very friendly from check-in to check-out and in between. Shuttle service to airport was prompt and got us where we needed to be. I wasn’t expecting a great experience for just staying over one night just to get an early flight, but I was pleasantly surprised!! If I ever need an early flight and need to stay close to airport, I’ll be back!"

"The hotel is beautiful and new but it does suffer from being next door to a huge low income housing project. I suggest you ignore Google maps and walk around the project rather than through it. I was only hassled once but always felt on edge. Breakfast was good but they are pretty stingy - the single tray of eggs constantly runs out, there's rarely a meat tray, usually always crowded and hard to find a seat. "Hotel is overall a good value. Outdated and rundown, yes, but very clean and the staff is friendly and accommodating. Don't let the "free breakfast" attract you: it was Bunn burner coffee and a cold not-so-fresh bagel or a flavorless muffin. We ended up going out for breakfast in the end."
