"Very friendly welcome (once we found the right doorbell!). Parking on site and we couldn't hear any traffic noise at all overnight, very quiet. About 18 minutes to Manchester Airport by car. Breakfast basic buffet with good choice of cereals, fruit and toast. No kettle in room."

"It was all fine. Just what I needed for the budget I had. The reception were brilliant as I was arriving late about where to get my keys. Very clear instructions. No problems. "

"Great place to stay but my room was freezing, we arrived after 6 , i think the rooms could have been warmed up before hand, so not a good start. The staff are very friendly and as a pensioner and no lift i was offered a down stairs room. The pub opposite was very handy for an evening meal and drinks. On the whole a good, clean, family place to stay, but please warm your rooms while it’s so cold. Myself and my family thought it was good value."

"New years eve stay, chose due to central location. Large room, plenty towels and hot shower. Would recommend as breakfast is available, and although we were at another venue for a party, food was served during the day/night. "
