Although they dont do breakfast as a option there's a excellent food wagon on their rear car park that does excellent breakfast and lunch options. Will definitely stay again in the near future "

"The property was very clean and well proportioned with a large clean bathroom. We were on the ground floor and could hear the guests upbove us talking and walking about which was annoying. A fan was supplied but the room was very warm through the night. I would recommend Chequers Lodge but would suggest requesting a room on the first floor. "

"The place was unbelievably noisy. Value for money was good, but there were blood curdling screams at 4 in the morning when people got back in the stairwell. Insanity. We weren't expecting the ritz of course, and the staff were all friendly. Would have just liked to have not been disturbed by other guests quite as much"
