"Great customer service! The van waited for us after we called. The gal at the desk was very efficient and even called us back to let us know when the van would be there. Hotel itself is kind of rundown and very basic, but does the trick for an overnight stay."

"The staff was very friendly, the overall hotel was very clean and stayed clean, and they had a really good breakfast. I had a late check in and they took good care of me and responding when I let them know when I’d be arriving, I’ll definitely tell ithers."

"WOW! I was so impressed by the quality of this hotel. I'm used to staying in dives when I go to Houston, but this place is anything but. There was a welcome gift, complimentary breakfast, and the staff was incredibly friendly. I'll definitely be back!"

"Inside the hotel is nice.. in room coffee pot has been broken Everytime I visit but it's ok. Morning little breakfast is a plus.. Wifi was good. Nice TV. Sofa in room is great to see . Outside has issues as this is an old rundown area and the hotel itself you can see is old. The hotel next door is an awful attraction also."
