"This was a great experience. I really liked the downtown area, how easy check-in was, the bed, and my bathroom. Two things I missed were a worktable (the tiny kitchen table was too small) and a bed stand. "

"We checked in at the front desk and took an elevator to our room. We enjoyed seeing Basal the next day using free public transportation. It is a very nice town. We chose not to have breakfast, but I didn’t see where you could grab a cup of coffee. There was no coffee or tea in our room. "

"They were no clear instructions on how to get to the property. Specifically, in the garage. I had to call Customer Service a number of times finally, someone answered and helped me to find the door that will take me from the garage to the property."

"Everything is good. Easy come easy go, clean, secure, rate is good. One big advantage is parking, free and secure under the hotel."

"This isn’t a hotel but a hostel. There is no shower or bathroom in the room. I never seen any like that in over 20 years. It’s unacceptable especially since it wasn’t disclosed before arrival! The staff were friendly and the location was good. But also No (real) parking, meaning you had to park public which required resets g the parking clock every 1.5 hours. I made it work for me since I could park at my friends house but the fact that nothing of this is properly disclosed prior is terrible!!"
