"The hosts were so thoughtful. Walked us to the bus stop to show us the way, recommended restaurants, totally planned our trip to Luzern..even fixed us special tea for our allergy coughs we brought with us. Looking forward to staying there in the future."

"Sehr schöne Umgebung und Aussicht. Alles in allem ein gemütlicher Ort. Das Personal ist freundlich und bemüht sich. Das Hotel ist jedoch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und da und dort könnte es auch etwas gepflegter sein. Die Küche ist sehr gut. Das Zimmer war in Ordnung ausser der grünen Farbe an der Wand, die ich persönlich als grauenhaft empfunden habe. "

"Stayed 4days/3 nights.Took some getting used to. 1st flr reception&restaurant are modern, but the rest was more medical than 'spa'. Not what we were expecting, so took time to appreciate. Rooms-simple, spacious,comfortable&very clean. Furniture in great shape. Bathroom had window to room reducing privacy. BUT you see balcony view, so appreciated the decision. We paid extra for valleyview & it didn't disappoint! Altho a little loud at times w/tractors,cows&cars, but it was gorgeous &every sunset...

"Um 18.30 Uhr niemand an der Rezeption: Schlüssel im Briefkasten. Niemand zum Frühstück. Kein Mülleimer im Bad. Keine Seife/Shampoo in der Dusche. Nicht viele Steckdosen. Aber sonst sauber, Bett bequem! Ich empfehle die Zimmer mit Blick auf den Fluss, sonst hat man keinen schönen Blick. Wir benötigen das Auto um irgendwo zu essen."

"In den letzten Jahren ist das Preisleistungsverhältnis im Bad Bubendorf massiv schlechter geworden. Auch der Service ist nur noch ein Abklatsch vom ehemaligen Standard. Das neue Managment hat die alten Mitarbeiter, die seit Jahrzehnten dabei waren samt und sonders ersetzt "
