"It was a "soft opening." The price was good and the services were great. We stayed in Oct. 2024 for 5 nights. Yes, the surrounding is a slum area but people are nice. Never felt unsafe! Walked around the area casually ...to Baclaran clothing etc market , National Shrine of our Mother of Perpetual Help, fast food restaurants , transportations to go to MoA and other great places in the area.You'll never go wrong staying in this property."

"Its near to the malls ,like double dragon , W mall and Sm moa , front desk are friendly,The front desk also speak English,tagalog and Chinese. I expected that there will have tv in the room, but its ok there is wifi 😁. "
