The customer service was top notch. Hero at the Concierge desk assisted us with transportation throughout Manila. He even provided recommendations for tours in the area. The room was clean and housekeeping came exactly at the time described. The restaurants on site and shopping areas rival major U.S. cities. Our family will be returning to the Sheraton Manila hotel fpr future travel opportunities.

Tried canceling thru expedia but I was having trouble communicating in Manila. You can check with Sheraton in Manila that I did not check in the 3 November 2024.
